We are conducting research on behalf of Medco, a nationwide insurance provider of prescription medication and benefits. Medco intends to offer the new Medicare prescription benefit beginning January 1, 2006. Your input will help this provider to decide on the proper message and name for their new Medicare program and member card.

For this research, we would like to know two things. First, which of four statements about the company and its offering appeals most to you? Second, which program name appeals most to you?
